Living Between Structure, Light, and Void

在骨架光影與虛空間入住未來

 

Arriving at Morpheus, I was overwhelmed by the white free-form exoskeleton and enormous carved voids, which translate Chinese jade-carving logic into a futuristic tower; inside, the luminous atrium, sculptural pavilion, open circulation, and glass elevators make structure, movement, and spectacle inseparable, while the rooftop pool softens engineering power through water, sunlight, and reflection.

 

Looking upward, the glazed roof and intersecting frames continually reshape the sky, while darker interiors with warm red lighting create a more intimate rhythm after sunset; staying here convinced me that the hotel’s luxury lies not only in scale or technology, but in transitions between weight and lightness, openness and privacy, cool metallic surfaces and warmth, turning an overnight stay into a physical journey through architecture.

 

青埕團隊抵達澳門 MORPHEUS 摩珀斯酒店，抬頭便被包覆全塔的白色外骨骼與中央巨大孔洞震撼。住房雜誌特別介紹，建築界女爵 Zaha Hadid 把中國玉雕「實體與鏤空」的概念轉化為高樓語言，也將主要結構移至外部，讓建築本身成為入住體驗的第一件藝術品。

 

進入大堂後，白色石材、幾何發光牆面與懸浮般的金屬亭體，在高挑中庭內形成近乎科幻的尺度；人在其中雖顯得渺小，卻能沿著開放動線、玻璃電梯與層層視線，理解塔體、空洞和公共空間如何連接。

 

從中庭向上觀看，玻璃天頂、交錯鋼構與帶孔洞的立體牆面共同切割天空，日光在不同角度形成持續變化的明暗層次，也讓我感受到MORPHEUS真正迷人的地方，是結構、採光、交通與裝飾被整合成流動語言。

 

戶外泳池被巨大的斜向骨架與深色玻璃圍繞，水面倒映結構線條，原本強烈的工程感因陽光、綠植與波光而變得輕盈，使休息不只是享受設施，更像停留在未來城市的空中庭院。

 

夜晚走進以深色直向構件和暖紅燈光構成的室內，氣氛從大堂的冷白未來感轉為包覆而私密。以驚人的形式吸引目光，真正留下記憶的卻是尺度與光線的轉換，讓奢華成為能被身體感受的空間旅程。
