A Kitchen of Precision and Warmth

 

This kitchen is designed through the contrast between stainless steel and sailboat deck wood. The stainless-steel countertop creates a clean, durable, and professional working surface, reflecting the precision required in cooking. Its cool texture, thin edges, and seamless planes give the kitchen a calm and rational character.

 

In contrast, the deck wood flooring introduces warmth, rhythm, and a sense of movement. Inspired by the surface of a sailboat, the linear wooden planks guide circulation and soften the strength of the metal. The kitchen is no longer only a place for preparation; it becomes a daily living stage where function, material, and atmosphere meet.

 

The design avoids unnecessary decoration. Beauty comes from honest materials, clear proportions, and practical details. Steel expresses efficiency; wood carries memory and comfort. Together, they create a kitchen that is both refined and grounded.

 

理性與溫度並存的廚具設計

 

此廚具設計以「不鏽鋼檯面」與「帆船甲板木地板」作為主要材料語言，呈現理性與溫度並存的空間狀態。不鏽鋼檯面具有耐用、易清潔、抗污與高實用性的特質，適合烹飪、備料與日常使用。金屬表面的冷冽光澤，讓廚房呈現俐落、精準且專業的工作氛圍。

 

地板則選用帆船甲板木，透過細長木條的排列，帶出如船艙甲板般的線性節奏。木質的溫潤感中和了不鏽鋼的冷感，也讓空間不只是機能性的廚房，更像是一處可以停留、交流與生活的場域。

 

整體設計不以多餘裝飾取勝，而是讓材料本身說話。鋼材代表效率、潔淨與結構感；甲板木則象徵自然、行進與生活記憶。兩者相互平衡，使廚具在實用之外，也展現沉穩、簡潔且具有質感的生活美學。
