A Hot Pot Table for Shared Living

 

This island-style hot pot dining table is designed as the center of daily life in a single-story residence. It combines cooking, dining, conversation, and gathering into one continuous furniture system. The long white countertop provides a clean and open surface, while the integrated sink, stove, sockets, and dining extensions support both preparation and serving.

 

Unlike a traditional separated kitchen and dining table, this design allows family members and guests to stay connected during the cooking process. The curved corners soften the large volume, making the island feel approachable and safe for everyday movement. The warm wood base balances the bright countertop and connects naturally with the wooden floor and soft interior tone.

 

This table is not only a place to eat hot pot. It is a shared island where food, family, hospitality, and daily rituals come together.

單層住宅中的中島式火鍋餐桌

 

以單層住宅的日常生活為出發點，將料理、用餐、備料、收納與交流整合在同一個中島系統中。白色檯面延展成長型餐桌，提供明亮、乾淨且寬敞的使用介面；檯面結合水槽、爐具、插座與餐桌功能，使火鍋用餐不再只是餐桌上的活動，而是從準備到共享都能自然發生的生活場景。

 

「中島式火鍋餐桌」設計打破廚房與餐廳的界線，讓下廚的人不再被隔離，而能與家人、朋友持續互動。中島的一端作為料理區，另一端延伸為多人座位區，形成開放且連續的動線。圓角檯面降低大型家具的壓迫感，也讓日常行走更安全、柔和。

 

木質基座與溫暖色系座椅，平衡白色檯面的潔淨感，使空間呈現明亮、舒適且有家的溫度。此設計不只是火鍋餐桌，而是一個凝聚情感、接待親友、承載日常儀式的生活核心。
