水之道・316不鏽鋼的衛浴詩學

本系列以郭俠邑設計的衛浴五金龍頭為核心，結合吉博力不鏽鋼水管的材料與系統概念，重新思考「水管」與「龍頭」之間的關係。傳統衛浴五金多半被視為末端產品，而管線則隱藏於牆內；本案反向將管道本身轉化為設計語彙，讓供水結構不只是功能載體，也成為造型、比例與工藝的來源。

設計概念從「建築」與「管」的結合出發，以方形量體象徵建築與牆面，以圓形管件象徵水的流動與系統連接。方與圓、剛與柔、隱藏與外顯，在作品中形成清楚的對話。龍頭主體保留俐落的幾何線條，搭配不鏽鋼與鍍鉻表面的反射特性，使產品在簡潔中呈現精密感與科技感。

吉博力不鏽鋼水管的概念，強調穩定、耐用、衛生與長期品質。本系列將這些內在價值轉化為可見的產品語言：直管、彎管、轉接、出水口與控制桿，都以精準的比例重新整合。水流不再只是從龍頭流出，而像是從建築結構中被引導出來，使使用者在洗手、沐浴與日常清潔之間，感受到管線系統背後的秩序與美感。

手繪草圖與成品之間的對照，也呈現設計從概念到製作的推演過程。線條由粗略想像轉化為精準五金，讓作品保留設計思考的痕跡。整體創作以最基礎的水管形態，發展出一套極簡、精準且具有工程美學的衛浴五金系列，讓隱藏於牆內的技術精神，成為可被看見、被觸摸、被使用的當代生活設計。

 

The Poetics of Pipe and Water: Stainless Steel Bathroom Hardware

This bathroom hardware series is developed from Guo Xia-Yi’s faucet design and the concept of Geberit stainless-steel piping. The project rethinks the relationship between the faucet as a visible object and the pipe as a hidden system. In a conventional bathroom, pipes are usually concealed behind walls, while the faucet appears only as the final outlet. This design reverses that relationship by allowing the logic of piping to become the foundation of the product language.
 
The concept begins with the combination of “building” and “pipe.” The square volume represents architecture, structure, and the wall, while the circular pipe represents water flow, connection, and continuity. Through the contrast between square and round, rigid and fluid, hidden and exposed, the faucet becomes more than a functional fixture. It becomes a small architectural object that expresses the movement of water through form.
 
Geberit stainless-steel pipes suggest durability, hygiene, precision, and long-term reliability. These qualities are translated into the design through clean geometry, polished metal surfaces, precise joints, and carefully controlled proportions. Straight pipes, bent pipes, outlets, levers, and connecting elements are reorganized into a minimal yet highly functional composition. Water is no longer treated simply as something released from a faucet; it is presented as something guided through an ordered system.
 
The relationship between sketches and finished objects is also important to the series. The drawings reveal the designer’s process, showing how an idea moves from hand-drawn lines to refined metal hardware. This gives the products a sense of thought, craft, and development.
 
Overall, the series transforms the most basic form of the pipe into a refined bathroom design language. It brings the hidden technical spirit of plumbing into view and turns everyday use into an experience of structure, material, precision, and quiet beauty.
