Geberit’s Concept Wall of Pipes

 

This display wall for GEBERIT is designed as an educational interface inside the Architectural Engineering Hall, presenting the comparison between new HDPE drainage systems and older CIP drainage pipes. Instead of showing pipes as hidden building components, the wall brings them forward as visible evidence of construction quality, material difference, and long-term maintenance.

 

The black-framed display structure creates a clear technical stage, while orange CIP pipes and black HDPE pipes form a direct visual contrast. Labels, diagrams, physical pipe samples, and video content are arranged together, allowing viewers to understand drainage systems through both sight and object experience.

 

The design transforms technical information into a readable exhibition. It helps architects, engineers, builders, and residents recognize that a pipe is not only a construction detail, but a long-term decision related to safety, durability, hygiene, and the future value of a building.

 

看得見的新舊管線概念展示牆

 

此展示牆以 GEBERIT 吉博力 的 HDPE 排水管與傳統 CIP 舊式排水管作為主題，設置於建築工學館內，目的不是單純展示產品，而是讓原本被隱藏在牆體與樓板中的排水系統，被清楚地看見、理解與比較。

 

設計以黑色框體作為技術展示舞台，將橘色 CIP 管線與黑色 HDPE 管線並置，形成強烈的新舊對照。透過實體管件、剖面樣品、說明標籤、比較圖表與影像內容，觀者可以直接理解不同管材在施工、重量、耐用性、維修與時間老化上的差異。

 

這面牆的核心價值在於「把工程知識視覺化」。排水管不只是建築背後的隱形配件，而是影響居住品質、維護成本與建築壽命的重要系統。透過展示牆，專業技術被轉化為容易理解的空間語言，讓建築工學教育更具體，也讓使用者重新重視看不見的基礎工程。
