Located inside Shidong Market, 123 Dumplings is reimagined as a compact stage for everyday craftsmanship. The design does not erase the character of a traditional market; instead, it edits and organizes it. A black feature wall continues the brand’s original visual language, allowing colorful dumpling images, menu boards, and handwritten marks to stand out clearly. Simple wooden modules turn tools, bags, notes, and products into an orderly display, while stainless worktops preserve the honest rhythm of food preparation.
Green planting softens the hard surfaces and connects the handmade dumplings with fresh ingredients. The renovation is intentionally light, direct, and practical: it improves storage, purchase flow, and visual identity without interrupting the stall’s daily operation. Through observation and trust, the space becomes more than a renovated shop. It becomes a warmer meeting point between makers, customers, and the living culture of Shidong Market.

本案以「整理,而非覆蓋」作為改造核心,保留士東市場真實、熱鬧的生活感,同時為 123 水餃建立更清楚的品牌表情。黑色主牆延續原有視覺語彙,襯托水餃照片、菜單與手寫字體,讓產品成為空間主角;木作展示板整合提袋、文宣、工具與小物,使原本分散的市場雜物轉化為有秩序的陳列。
金屬檯面與冰櫃維持手作食品的專業與衛生感,植栽層架則把蔬果餃皮與新鮮食材的意象帶入空間,柔化黑白基調。這不是大規模裝潢,而是一種貼近攤主工作的輕改造:讓備料、販售、展示與顧客停留更順暢,也讓老店從日常勞動中長出新的市場風景。
