A Community-Based Shared Office

 

This project redefines the shared office as a community-oriented workspace where movement, function, and spatial boundaries continuously interact. As people move through the space, linear and curved wall elements guide circulation, separate zones, and reconnect different activities, creating a flexible rhythm between gathering and dispersion.

 

The design emphasizes energy saving, carbon reduction, human comfort, artistic installation, recreation, and natural relaxation. Inspired by WELL concepts, the space integrates greenery, daylight, and diverse activity areas to support both physical comfort and emotional well-being.

 

To express the company’s local identity, red bricks and glass blocks are used as symbolic materials. Glass blocks represent “0” in digital information, suggesting purity and clarity, while red bricks represent “1,” symbolizing Taiwan’s architectural heritage and the emotional connection between neighbors.

 

Overall, the design creates a diverse, flexible, and human-centered workplace where light, plants, people, and community relationships meet in harmony.

 

社區概念的共享辦公室

 

當人行走在空間動線上，離散與聚合之間，利用使用機能的不同，配合區域的組合堆送，行而轉變成直線或曲線的片牆元素，重新定義空間動向和場域邊緣。

 

設計上藉由節能減碳重視人舒適度、裝置材料裝飾轉型有感、植栽自然陶冶身心放鬆。參考WELL國際認證，以「節能減碳＋人舒適度、裝置藝術＋轉型有感、遊憩放鬆＋翻轉趣味、植栽自然＋陶冶身心」，做為空間多樣性思考。

 

為了表現企業在地精神，材質選以紅磚及玻璃磚等早期台灣常見之建材，材料承載著象徵意義：玻璃磚代表電腦科技訊息中的「0」，象徵純淨與潔淨。紅磚則是台灣建築中重要且基礎的建材，提醒人們台灣建築豐富的文化底蘊與歷史意義，同時代表「1」，象徵社區鄰里之間的情感連結。

 

整體設計策略強調空間的多樣性，結合節能與人難舒適。利用空間各個方向，以交錯方式，遇見光、植物、人們，在不同層次的互動下，依然注重在鄰戶之中情感聯繫的社區意識，讓人們可以自由流動，滿足各種用途，營造出多元工作和諧的新生活概念。
