本案以「自然、品味、共享」為核心，將住宅大樓公共空間塑造成一座結合生活美學、運動休閒與寵物友善的城市會所。入口大廳以挑高玻璃、綠意庭園與大型環形燈飾營造迎賓氣勢，溫潤沙發與圓弧家具降低空間距離感，使住戶一回家便能感受安定、從容與高質感生活氛圍。

親子遊戲區以木質樹屋、滑梯與柔和色彩打造童趣場景，讓孩子在安全環境中探索、攀爬與互動；閱讀共享空間則以整面書牆、長桌與暖色木質語彙，提供住戶閱讀、交流、工作與沉澱心情的場所，展現「品味人生」不只是奢華裝飾，而是日常中能被使用、被感受的生活品質。

運動休閒空間包含健身房、瑜伽室與影音娛樂室。健身房以明亮採光、鏡面與專業器材建立效率感；瑜伽室以簡潔線條與木質地坪呈現靜心氛圍；影音室則以深色材質、投影設備與舒適座席，延伸家庭聚會與休閒娛樂的可能。另設寵物清潔區，透過耐用磁磚、清洗設備與對外景觀，回應現代家庭對寵物社區的需求。

整體設計在自然景觀、精緻材質與多元機能之間取得平衡，讓公共空間不只是通行與使用的場所，而是住戶共享生活、培養關係、展現品味的日常舞台。

This residential clubhouse is designed around three core ideas: nature, refined living, and shared community. The public spaces are not treated merely as functional amenities, but as an extension of home, offering residents a richer and more complete daily lifestyle.

The lobby creates a strong first impression through tall glass openings, surrounding greenery, soft circular lighting, and warm lounge furniture. It provides a calm arrival experience, balancing the elegance of a hotel lobby with the comfort of a private residence. Natural views, curved forms, and warm textures help soften the scale of the building and create a welcoming atmosphere.

The children’s playroom introduces a playful wooden tree-house structure, slides, soft colors, and safe activity zones. It encourages imagination, movement, and social interaction. The reading and social lounge, with its large bookshelf, long communal table, and warm wood finishes, represents the idea of tasteful living. It is a place for reading, working, meeting neighbors, or simply slowing down.

Wellness and leisure are also important parts of the design. The gym uses daylight, mirrors, and professional equipment to create an energetic exercise environment.
