An Age-Friendly Home: Space, Inclusion, and Everyday Living

 

This age-friendly residence is designed around accessibility, safety, and inclusive living. The entire home uses barrier-free planning, flat flooring, rounded corners, and curved edges to create a smoother and safer daily experience. From the entrance to the living room, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and dressing room, indirect waist-level lighting and hidden sturdy handrails are integrated into the walls, upgrading both comfort and safety.

 

Lighting is carefully balanced with soft 4000K natural light, improved kitchen task lighting, indirect illumination, night lights, anti-slip tiles, and durable wood flooring to reduce glare and visual burden. Soft colors and simple floor patterns also help create a calm and easy-to-read environment.

 

Sliding doors are used in bathrooms to save space and prevent blockage during emergencies. Dry and wet separation, safety grab bars, indirect mirror lighting, walk-in massage bathtubs, and adjustable electric beds together create a secure, comfortable, and dignified living environment for all ages.

全室無障礙空間--- 融入圓弧導角設計，化稜為弧，圓融生活哲學，全平面地板+圓弧圓角設計。從入口至客餐廳、廚房、臥室、更衣室，全室及腰間接光燈帶+壁面隱藏堅固扶手，住家安全升級。全曲壁面收納櫃，美觀、機能、舒適又安全。

 

平衡照明度--- 自然光4000K。提昇廚房的環境燈與工作燈的照明度，降低對眼睛造成負擔的炫光，增設間接光避免直射眼睛，全區防滑磁磚、耐磨木地板，臥房、走道加裝夜間照明。色彩柔和協調--淺色降低燈光照於物體上產生陰影、地板顏色樣式簡單不花眼。

 

廁所拉門與滑門設計--- 節省空間也提供長輩友善的開關方式；避免未來長者在浴室發生昏倒的狀況，門被卡住，因此做了拉門與滑門設計。美國電動按摩床-長輩輕鬆上下床，可以隨意調整角度，坐臥輕鬆按摩，達到舒適的睡眠品質。

 

衛浴廁所乾濕分離設計--- 蹲坐馬桶安全，於馬桶兩側加裝安全把手。浴櫃下方及鏡後間接照明，避免光直射眼睛造成殘影而跌倒。開門式／步入式按摩浴缸，讓長者享受坐式泡澡浴，安全又舒適。防滑磁磚、裝設安全把手，強化洗澡空間的安全性。
