A Refined Villa of Modern Simplicity

 

This project transforms a detached villa in Shanghai into a refined residence that combines modern simplicity, generous scale, and understated luxury. Rather than relying on excessive decoration, the design responds to the owner’s lifestyle through clear spatial planning, tailored functions, elegant materials, and open circulation.

 

The entrance creates a ceremonial arrival experience through stone walls, warm wood, metal lines, and circular lighting. The high-ceiling living room introduces abundant daylight, a large ring pendant, open bookshelves, and soft wooden textures, shaping a bright and spacious atmosphere. The dining area and staircase use curves, stone, and customized furniture to connect art, leisure, and daily function.

 

The design emphasizes both physical openness and psychological comfort. Gray and white stone, warm wood, black linear details, and selected accent colors create a layered yet calm visual language. Overall, the villa presents a lasting lifestyle of elegance, comfort, practicality, and refined modern luxury.

 

大尺生活 郊溪共融

 

本案以現代簡約為基底，為上海獨棟別墅形塑一處兼具大器尺度、生活品質與精緻奢華的高端居所。空間不以繁複裝飾取勝，而是透過清晰的格局分配、精準的材質比例與通透動線，回應屋主對簡單、耐看與高品質生活的期待。

 

玄關以石材牆面、木質門片、金屬線條與圓形燈飾，建立沉穩而具儀式感的迎賓序列；挑高客廳則透過大面採光、環形吊燈、開放式書牆與柔和木質，呈現開闊明亮的生活氣度。餐廳與樓梯區以曲線、石材與訂製家具串連，使藝術性、休閒性與機能性自然融合。

 

整體設計重視物理空間與心理感受的雙重開闊，在每一方寸中兼顧實用、美觀、耐用與連貫性。透過灰白石材、溫潤木色、黑色線條與局部跳色家具，空間在低調中保有層次，在簡約中展現奢華，形塑一種從容、精緻且可長久品味的別墅生活方式。
