本案以「質感生活、品味人生、運動休閒」為主軸，透過多元公設空間的整合，描繪現代住宅大樓兼具美學、社交與健康機能的理想日常。整體設計語彙以溫潤木質、細膩石材、柔和燈光與通透玻璃為核心，營造低調而精緻的空間氛圍，讓住戶在進入社區的第一刻，即感受到從容、安定與尊榮。

大廳空間以挑高尺度與圓弧構圖塑造迎賓儀式感，搭配柔軟家具與藝術燈飾，展現飯店式住宅的優雅氣質；兒童遊戲區則融入木屋、滑梯與開放式活動角落，以童趣造型與自然採光創造安全、活潑且富啟發性的成長環境。戶外休憩區結合綠植景觀、圍爐座席與半開放式交流空間，使住戶能在城市之中享受如度假般的放鬆感受，延伸生活與自然之間的連結。

在運動休閒規劃上，健身房以深色材質與俐落線條塑造力量感與現代感，提供高效率的訓練場域；瑜伽空間則透過大面採光、鏡面與簡淨鋪陳，營造靜心舒展的節奏。除此之外，交誼廳與娛樂空間配置桌遊、閱讀、談天與休憩機能，讓不同年齡層的住戶都能找到屬於自己的生活節奏與社區歸屬。

This residential development is envisioned as a refined community that brings together tasteful living, wellness, and everyday comfort. Rather than treating shared facilities as simple amenities, the design transforms them into an extension of the home, offering residents a complete lifestyle defined by elegance, relaxation, and social connection.

The overall interior language is shaped by warm wood finishes, subtle stone textures, soft lighting, and transparent glass surfaces. These elements create a calm and welcoming atmosphere while expressing a sense of understated luxury. The main lobby uses generous height, gentle curves, and sculptural lighting to establish a memorable arrival experience. It reflects the character of a boutique hotel while maintaining the warmth and intimacy expected in a residential setting.

Family-oriented spaces play an important role in the concept.
