Scent of Home × Texture of Light × Shared Connection
It creates a tranquil, enveloping environment where occupants feel protected, nurtured, and emotionally grounded. Inspired by the underground mining caves found in the owner’s family steel factory, the concept transforms “earthly shelter”into a tangible spatial language. Materials include earth-derived beige natural paints, stone, tiles, wood veneer, and iron elements, balancing sustainability with refined texture and aligning with low-carbon principles.
Furniture from high-end Italian and French brands such as Minotti, Poliform, Cassina, and Ligne Roset blends minimalism with modern aesthetics, creating an elegant, warm atmosphere. The layout and circulation are carefully planned to fit user habits, enhancing functionality and emotional connection, reflecting a human-centered design approach. Each material is carefully chosen to soothe body and mind; each space is shaped to respond to occupant needs and emotions.
The project actively promotes community co-creation and local collaboration by partnering with neighborhood renovation teams to reduce carbon footprint, encourage resource sharing, and foster mutual support. This approach strengthens community ties, improves construction quality, and deepens cultural identity, giving the home profound social significance.
