Gentlemanly Elegance｜Chic Grey-Blue Tone

 

This project is designed around the concept of “gentlemanly elegance,” expressed through a chic grey-blue palette, natural stone, and solid wood flooring. Originally, the spatial layout was not ideal, so the design began from the raw apartment condition and was carefully reorganized through on-site observation, functional planning, and spatial optimization. The goal was to create a refined bachelor apartment with a broader visual scale, smoother circulation, and stronger overall harmony.

 

Proportion, segmentation, and linear design language are used to extend the visual perspective and reduce the limitations of the original layout. Natural stone on the vertical surfaces brings a sense of sophistication, while the wooden flooring adds warmth and comfort to daily living. The deep blue-green and grey-blue tones further enhance the gentlemanly character of the residence, presenting a calm, fashionable, and tasteful atmosphere that reflects the owner’s personality, refinement, and lifestyle.

 

優雅紳士｜時髦灰藍格調

 

本案以「優雅的紳士格調」作為設計主軸，透過時髦灰藍調、天然石材與實木地板，塑造沉穩、精緻且富有品味的單身公寓。原始空間格局條件並不理想，因此設計從毛胚屋狀態開始，經由現場勘查與需求整合，重新梳理空間動線、比例與機能配置，使居住尺度更加開闊，視覺感受也更具延伸性與協調性。

 

整體設計以比例細分與線性語彙作為空間表現手法，藉由俐落的線條延展視覺方向，弱化原有格局的限制，並讓空間呈現更修長、平衡的感受。立面材質選用天然石材，搭配溫潤的實木地板，在冷靜與溫度之間取得平衡，展現生活細節中的質感。

 

色彩上以深青色與灰藍色作為主調，呼應紳士般的沉著氣質與時尚品味，使整體空間不僅是居住場域，更是一種展現男主人個性、格調與生活態度的精緻住宅。
