從舊建築改造出發,以謙遜的姿態回望空間的存在

本案位於一棟老舊RC工業廠房,透過改造讓其蛻變為高端展銷與共學中心。空間結合展示、共享與教育功能,成為藝術家、設計師與工藝師交流的場域。作為「MWH企業總部展廳」,本案融合建築、設計與手工藝,推動全屋訂製理念,展現企業創新與美學的整合。
設計以「美好家園、美好生活、美好關係」為主軸,強調謙遜、通透與質樸三種美學。在入口的空間手法以內凹三角造型象徵謙遜與開放;外觀採大面玻璃引入自然光,保留原有開口並加強體量層次。動線以「引導」為概念,旋轉45度形成流動動勢,使空間能在通透與隱私、奢華與低調之間自由切換,營造多層次的體驗。使設計不受空間形式限制,保留原有建築特徵,融合包浩斯理性精神與當代創新思維,讓空間與時間共融,體現企業對新生活方式的想像。
 
The project is located in an old reinforced concrete industrial building that was transformed into a high-end exhibition and co-learning center. The space combines display, co-working, and educational functions, becoming a hub for artists, designers, and craftsmen to exchange ideas. As the MWH Corporate Headquarters Showroom, the project integrates architecture, design, and craftsmanship to promote the concept of full-house customization, showcasing the company’s innovation and aesthetic integration.
Centered on the theme “Better Home, Better Life, Better Relationship,” the design embodies three aesthetics: humility, transparency, and simplicity. The recessed triangular entrance form symbolizes humility and openness; large glass facades bring in natural light while maintaining the building’s original openings and enhancing volume layering. The circulation adopts the concept of “guidance,” rotating 45 degrees to create a sense of flow that balances transparency and privacy, luxury and restraint. It transcends spatial constraints while preserving architectural character, merging Bauhaus rationalism with contemporary creativity, and allowing space and time to coexist—reflecting the company’s vision of a new lifestyle.
